What You Need to Apply

• Qualification: QCF/NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Social Care (or equivalent) is Essential.

• Medication: Proven experience in the Safe Administration of Medication is Essential.

• Experience: A solid background in providing high-quality care.

Your Role as Senior Care Assistant

Working the night shift, you will lead by example to ensure our residents receive high-quality, dignified care while the world sleeps. Your responsibilities include:

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with hygiene, mobility, and personal needs with dignity.

• Safety & Oversight: Conducting regular building and resident checks (including fire safety) in partnership with the Night Care Assistant.

• Medication: Managing the safe administration of medication.

• Support: Utilizing aids and personal equipment to assist residents with physical disabilities.

• Confidentiality: Maintaining strict privacy and professional standards at all times.
